Administrative Assistant Job at Meridian Rehabilitation Consulting – Penticton, BC

Meridian Rehabilitation Consulting is looking for a full time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to work in our Penticton office.

As part of our Admin team, you will have the support of the admin staff in our other office locations.

Job duties include answering phones, greeting clients, taking referrals and confirming funding, managing calendars, creating invoices, recording payments and expenses, tracking client referrals and funding levels, making phone calls to clients or their families, and coordinating with our therapists. Responsibilities also include general clean up and organizing of office supplies.

The successful applicant will be personable, comfortable talking on the phone, able to manage multiple calendars and phone lines, and be able to work both independently and in a group setting. Experience in QuickBooks, as well as Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, Excel and Word would be an asset.

We are a busy clinic and are looking for someone who is happy helping others, has good attention to detail and is comfortable with multi-tasking.

Post secondary education is preferred.
