Summary of role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Bank Medical Receptionist to join our Front of House team here at The London Clinic in Central London (close to Regents Park & Baker Street tube stations).
Established in 1932, The London Clinic is one of the UK’s largest independently owned non-profit hospitals, with state-of-the-art facilities located on Harley Street. We have circa 1350 employees, a total of 8 premises, and we are dedicated to providing the best, personalised healthcare with a breadth of surgical and medical expertise.
As a key member of the Front of House Administration team, you will be responsible for providing a professional and patient focused service to our referring consultants and their patients attending our reception, registration and cashiering areas.
Job Type: Bank – Flexible
Working as Bank Medical Receptionist is a highly flexible option which pays £12.82 per hour PAYE.

Duties & Responsibilities
To provide a professional and patient focused service to our referring consultants and their patients attending our reception, & registration areas.
To provide administration support to Diagnostics and consultants.
To ensure the highest levels of service excellence are delivered to patients, staff and visitors of the clinic.
To maintain the high standards of the patients, visitors, consultants and staff, continually aiming to exceed expectations.
To follow departmental processes and procedures to ensure that the best services are delivered to our patients.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience as a Receptionist in a similar private hospital or a 4*/5* hotel / corporate front of house.
Experiance working in medical receptions or as a Medical Secretary would be advantageous.
Excellent communicator who is adaptable and has good attention to detail and problem solving skills.
Good inter-personal, telecommunication & PC/Computer skills.
