How will I help?
You will be working in the Business Lending Remediation team
You will create and execute test plans and test cases, using various tools and techniques
You will produce written reports outlining identified gaps and the provide recommendations accordingly
You will analyse and document test results, including traceability and QA to ensure requirements have been met
Undertake quality assurance and quality control activities
Identify and advise on requirements for business processes, applications, and products
Advise and ensure the implementation of testing policies, processes, standards, guidelines, and assisting the business you understand current trends and possible vulnerabilities
Support project managers:
Providing support of project timeline and schedule
Provide reporting on progress of remediation effort

What do I need?
You will need experience in handling multiple incidents and engaging with multiple stakeholders
You will need strong analysis and problem solving skills
You will be proficient in Microsoft Excel, utilising macros formulas and lookup functions
An expert in taking a proactive and pragmatic approach to any issues that arise and implement decisions efficiently
The ability to interpret data
An autonomous working style
Financial services – Business Banking background is preferable
Remediation experience is desirable
