Position Summary
The Digital Product Manager will be responsible for defining and optimizing the digital experience across various patient touch points with Natera.
This role will partner with our commercial product, platform/technical product, engineering, clinical, marketing, customer support, and sales teams to drive the strategy and roadmap for capabilities and programs that enable Natera to guide and support millions of patients through their pre-and post-test journey. They will work extensively with cross-functional teams to define requirements and implement patient experience improvements that will make genetic testing easily accessible and readily available to patients everywhere. Primary Responsibilities

Drive product strategy, roadmapping, and requirements definition for patient applications (patient portal, patient education chatbot etc.) in conjunction with stakeholders across Women’s Health, Organ Health and Oncology.
Collaborate with SMEs across Natera to identify and plan for operational changes driven by new feature launches.
Partner with the project manager, business analyst, UX designer, engineers and QA to deliver seamless user experiences that meet both business and user needs.
Provide detailed requirements (PRDs, user stories, user flows), prioritize backlogs, participate/facilitate scrum ceremonies and help define technical solutions with on-shore and off-shore scrum teams.
Define and track KPIs to uncover future product opportunities; analyze relevant data to drive decision-making

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in consumer digital product management; previous experience in healthcare, healthtech or biotech a plus
4+ years of professional experience
Proven ability to work and influence cross functional teams; effective at building rapport with key stakeholders
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Flexible, and agile; willingness to tackle any type of challenge; highly motivated to roll up sleeves and get work done while also thinking strategically
Experience working in an agile development environment; scrum experience a plus

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
Duties are typically performed in an office setting. This position requires the ability to use a computer keyboard, communicate over the telephone and read printed material.
