Are you passionate about the employee experience and company onboarding? Then join us as our next Onboarding Specialist! An onboarding specialist helps introduce people to a company’s culture and operations. We are looking for a strong performer who will work cross functionally with Human Resources, IT and our Hiring Managers to prioritize new hire activities and provide an outstanding employee orientation inclusive experience.
In this role, you will:
Deliver a smooth, effective experience that provides new hires with the tools and skills to ensure their success.
Be responsible for continuously improving our onboarding process, such as expectation communications, assisting with setup, introducing team members, etc.
Be the main point of contact for all new hires.
Partner closely with all Hiring Managers and collaborate to establish industry-leading new hire experiences.
Survey new hires on candidate/hiring experience and provide reporting on all data analytics.
Ensuring that all paperwork is in compliance with our up-to-date policies.
Our ideal candidate must have:
Exposure to HR or People Ops
A keen eye for detail orientation
The ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with a welcoming personality, respect for confidentiality, and a firm grasp on employee relations.
Bonus points for:
Experience with onboarding new hires in a past role
Ability to operate in ambiguity
3-5 years of HR experience
Salary Range: $50,000 – $75,000. This range is based on national market data and may vary by location.
