TE Connectivity’s Project Management Teams are responsible for managing the operational aspects of projects from inception through implementation. They coordinate cross-functional teams and serve as liaison between project management and planning, project teams and line management. Our Teams review status of projects and budgets, manage schedules and prepare status reports. They assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. They also develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

Responsible for supporting the NPD group in respect to PMO activities. The ideal candidate should have experience working and coordinating projects in a dynamic and fast paced environment. The person should understand project flow, be capable of forward thinking and project planning. The person should be an excellent team player with excellent communication and reporting skills and possess ability to work to key dates and deadlines. The successful candidate will be responsible for management of the PAC meetings and provide analysis of data for input to financial and portfolio reviews.


⦁ Manage and coordinate opportunity, gate and site review PAC meetings
⦁ Manage e-vote process for approvals
⦁ Prepare resource analysis information for NPD business reviews
⦁ Liaise with finance, product and project management on the revenue forecasting process
⦁ Ensure accurate time tracking on projects as required
⦁ Maintain accurate project data reporting and ensure accurate data report outs
⦁ Provide support to PMO Site Leads and Project Managers on any ad hoc reporting or project requirements
⦁ Manage month end revenue meeting, liaising with product and project management
⦁ Ensure compliance to PMO processes, procedures, and use of PMO templates
⦁ Understand and comply with Quality system and business practices necessary to complete job function

What your background should look like:


⦁ Level 8 degree in a related discipline.
⦁ 3+ years’ of demonstrated experience working in project / program management area.

Key Requirements

⦁ Advanced Excel skills required.
⦁ A working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is essential.
⦁ Systems savvy likes working with numeric data.
⦁ Be able to work to deadlines.
⦁ Formal Project Management training would be a distinct advantage. PMP certification preferred.
⦁ Must be results-oriented.
⦁ Demonstrated business acumen and confidence communicating to senior management and customers.
⦁ Demonstrated ability in managing systems, managing up, and managing peers.
⦁ Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication.
⦁ Experience working in the medical device field will be an advantage but not required.

Contract length: 12 months

Salary: From €33,000.00 per year
