We are seeking a Research Project Manager for our Research for Aging Populations (RAP) team. This role will work closely with the Vice President of Research to manage a portfolio of analytic initiatives and workstreams focused on developing innovative solutions to enhance healthcare delivery. The Research Project Manager will provide administrative and project management support to the Vice President and will lead, direct, and participate in infrastructure projects to standardize project processes, implement quality assurance practices, and achieve efficient and reliable delivery of high-quality analytic results. The Research Project Manager will also serve as the team liaison to the legal, compliance, and regulatory affairs team.

Work is conducted in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment with internal and external stakeholders which requires an appreciation of a diversity of perspectives and good communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities

At the direction of the Vice President of Data Analytics, lead and direct infrastructure projects to drive the efficiency and quality of the Genomic HEOR team’s work

Support research projects through management of project timelines, creation of project documentation, coordination of team meetings, and creation of key deliverables and outputs

Serve as liaison to the legal, compliance and regulatory affairs team and support projects to ensure analytic team compliance with corporate data governance policies, as well as contractual and regulatory obligations

Produce reports on the status of projects in the analytics’ team backlog using management software like Aha!

Collaborate within cross-disciplinary research teams including business-facing leaders and expert domain scientists to support execution of analytics projects and initiatives

Assist in preparing slide decks for internal meetings, as well as presentations for meetings with external collaborators and presentations at scientific meetings and conferences

Assist in maintaining project documentation and files

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree

7+ years applied or life sciences research project management experience

Experience in a research setting where HIPAA and human subject protection is required
