To gain market share and grow market in the Cardiac Ablation Business by promoting, selling, and servicing Medtronic’s CA Solutions’ products within assigned territory. You will be helping to launch new products by being the catalyst for new technology growth and adoptions via deep clinical selling, objection handling, and well-defined clinical value propositions. You will also be responsible for initial technical set up and smooth transition to clinical specialists. The position will require 60% selling and 40% case support

Cardiac Ablation Solutions seeks candidates who will meet our customer expectations by striving without reserve for the greatest possible reliability and quality in our products, processes and systems by being accountable, having a voice, and taking action.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Represent Medtronic CA Solutions as the point of contact for assigned accounts

Responsible for sales, service, clinical / tech support

Manage overall relationship between CAS and account

Conduct sales calls to promote, sell, and service Medtronic’s CA Solutions’ products and services

Implement quarterly sales plan and achieve sales goals and objectives

Maintain knowledge of Medtronic CAS products and support sales efforts of same

Coordinate customer activities at all meetings as assigned

Complete administrative reporting as assigned (for example: expense reports, account profiles and analysis, daily planners, competitive updates, and inventory log)

Provide ongoing field intelligence reports on competitive activity, changes in markets, distribution, and pricing, as well as input on customer preferences and product features

Cost-effectively manage time and assets

Effectively utilize sales collateral to support promotional and territorial needs

Train and educate customers to gain incremental business and expand market

Maintain proficient level of product knowledge in all assigned product lines

Advise customers of changes and developments related to CAS products, indications, approvals, protocols and safety information

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

Promotes and sells Medtronic’s Cardiac Ablation products and services within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.

Conducts market research including customers and competitors activities.

Implements market development plans/strategies and changes as needed.

Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including physicians and relevant parties in hospitals and/or government.

Responsible for pursuing leads, assessing needs and providing product services to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic’s Cardiac Ablation products and/or services.

Works with internal and/or external stakeholders such as Technical Sales Representatives, Clinical Specialists and key healthcare specialists to discuss product features and benefits and to ensure alignment.

Regularly meets with customers to assess future market needs and identify new opinion leaders.
